When am I eligible for benefits?

Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of their new hire.  After that, they have to wait until open enrollment.

 

When is open enrollment for benefits?

Open enrollment takes place every September with an effective date of October 1st.

 

How do access my W-2?

If you are a current employee, your W-2 will be mailed to you.  If you are a former employee and have moved or not received your W-2 please contact the Academy.

 

Who do I call if I cannot make it to work?

If you work at a school, follow the protocol set forth by your Director (typically contact your Director).  If you are a Home Office employee or Director, call (405) 424-4623.
